7-day free trial on every plan. We recommend saving a payment method at signup: you are not charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel anytime during the trial with no fee. That keeps trials fair and avoids losing your workspace the moment the trial ends because no card was on file.

Yes. Every plan includes a 7-day free trial so you can use the real product with your own workflow. If it is not a fit, cancel during the trial and you will not be charged.

After you are on a paid subscription, you can cancel from your account without jumping through hoops. Your workspace stays available through the end of the period you have already paid for unless you ask us to close it sooner.
Can I upgrade to more users or more companies later?expand_more
Absolutely. The Team plan is built around how many company workspaces and seats you need. You can move the sliders up (or talk to us for larger bundles) as your practice grows. Downgrades can be handled at renewal depending on your billing setup.

No. Acconest is a cloud workspace. Use a modern browser, sign in, and you are in. That also means your team is always on the same version.

We treat workspace data as sensitive by design: separate organizations, authenticated access, and HTTPS in transit. Pair that with sensible passwords on your side and regular exports for your own backup policy.

If you add a payment method, billing begins when the trial ends unless you cancel first. If you choose not to continue, you can export what you need and walk away, with no surprise charges when you have cancelled in time.

Yes. Invite them as users on the Team plan, or share read-only summaries depending on how you configure access. Single-workspace plans are optimized for one primary user today.

No. Acconest is subscription software, not an ad network. We do not monetize your customer emails or invoice contents to third-party advertisers.
